Before you apply
A business courier account is an ongoing commercial arrangement between a company and a courier firm, used instead of paying for each delivery as a separate one-off transaction. With a Flextro business account, your regular routes, sites and contacts are held on file, rates are agreed around the work you actually book, and eligible jobs are billed together by card, bank transfer or invoice.
A trade account and a business account are the same thing. “Trade account”, “credit account” and “corporate courier account” are all common names for this arrangement. Flextro uses Business Account as its customer-facing term so it is clear the page is for companies with repeat courier requirements rather than individual senders.
A selection of our account clients
Real delivery work for organisations across healthcare, housing, legal, IT, retail, manufacturing and professional services — much of it booked on ongoing account arrangements.

Account setup
The application exists to understand the courier work first, so the commercial arrangement is built on how your business actually uses the service rather than a generic rate card. Four steps, and no payment is taken at any point during setup.
Submit your contact details and your company information through the application form on this page.
Select the services you expect to use, your approximate monthly volume and any regular routes or collection areas.
The team reviews the requirement, then confirms your account rates, payment route and billing terms before activation.
Your routes, sites and contacts are held on file, so repeat jobs are booked in minutes and billed together.

A Flextro business account is an ongoing arrangement for companies with regular or repeat courier requirements. It brings repeat booking, agreed rates, consolidated invoicing and delivery records together under one account, and can be used across every supported Flextro courier service rather than being tied to a single delivery type.
Yes. “Trade account”, “credit account” and “corporate courier account” all describe the same type of commercial arrangement. Flextro uses “Business Account” as its main customer-facing term so it is clear the route is for companies with regular courier requirements rather than individual senders.
No. Flextro accepts one-off courier bookings from any UK business or individual without an account. The account route exists for organisations that want less repeated administration once courier work becomes regular. You can book a single job first and apply for an account later.
No. There is no minimum volume and no long tie-in. Accounts are available from a single job per month, and there is no threshold you have to reach before applying or keep hitting to stay open.
No. There is no application fee, no setup charge and no ongoing account fee. You are charged only for the courier jobs you actually book and Flextro completes.
All supported Flextro services, including same day, emergency, next day, urgent documents, scheduled and contract runs, multi-drop deliveries, pallet courier, two man delivery, eCommerce fulfilment and luggage delivery. The exact arrangement is confirmed when your application is reviewed.
Account rates are built around the work your company actually books: route patterns, service type and urgency, the vehicle each job needs, and expected monthly booking volume. That is why the application asks about routes and volume rather than quoting a blanket discount. Flextro confirms the applicable rates in writing before the account is activated.
Card, bank transfer and invoice are all available as payment routes for business courier work. Which applies to your account, and on what terms, is confirmed during setup and depends on the account review.
Flextro reviews each application individually and comes back with the proposed arrangement, rates and billing terms. If you need a courier before the account is live, you can still request a one-off quote and the job can run in the meantime.
Yes. Proof of delivery and job records are retained against completed work, so a movement queried weeks later can be checked without rebuilding the history from separate one-off bookings.
Yes. Accounts can cover multiple bookers, sites or depots. Tell Flextro during the application how many locations or people will be booking so the arrangement and billing references are set up correctly.
No. The account changes the administration, not the transport. Every job still runs on Flextro’s dedicated model: your consignment is matched to its own vehicle and travels directly from collection to destination, with no depot transfers and no shared loads.
Yes. PO numbers, job references and cost-centre codes can be recorded against bookings and carried through to invoicing, which is usually what finance teams need in order to reconcile courier spend.
Flextro covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with international shipping available on request. The booking line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, bank holidays included.
Yes. There is no long tie-in and no minimum spend, so you can stop booking on account at any time and return to one-off quotes if your requirements change.
Tell Flextro how your company uses couriers and apply for an account built around the routes, services and volume you actually book. No minimum volume, no tie-in, no fee to open.
